Does this sound like a well rounded park plan?

[Queen of the WDW Scene]

It will be my sister and I August 22-26.
We're driving from the Buffalo area and arriving by noon on the 22nd.
Have a 5 day park hopper.
We're trying to avoid going to the same park that we just left the night before.
We had it all figured out until MNSSHP dates were announced and we've decided that we are not attending so we had to switch things around to avoid being at MK in the afternoon on a party night.

Here's what I came up with...
Monday- AK afternoon/evening
Tuesday- MK/HS
Wednesday- EPCOT/MK
Thursday- HS/EPCOT
Friday- MK/EPCOT/HS just hitting up a few of our favorites before we head to an offsite hotel and then up early on Saturday to head home.
