Does the FOF parade still happen on rainy days?

I know they close Splash Mtn and BTMRR, but does the parade still happen? I have FP + for all 3 on a day that looks like it might be stormy.

Please do not rain on my parade!

If it is a storm it will likely be cancelled. They try to do the parade whenever possible however.

Thank you! It looks rain is very likely, with a few strong storms. I will hope Mother Nature will cooperate around 3:00. I do not mind getting wet. Rain never bothered me!

Of the four rainy days they've had since it's debut they did the Rainy Day cavalcade twice, and did shows in the rain twice, usually minus a few water-unfriendly effects or performers.
