Does sunglass hut in magic kingdom always have some dude in a cheap suit walking around?

I was in disneyworld a month or so ago and sunglass hut in adventureland always had some manager looking dude in a cheap suit walking around every day of my vacation.. it just stuck out horribly.. like a used car dealer loose in the middle of the magic kingdom.

Was this just because it was new and sunglass hut had a corporate guy there checking things out.. or is the on duty manager there always going to be dressed totally out of character?

It just really stuck out.. in a tacky way. Never noticed how out of place a business suit looks in magic kingdom.

What character might you suggest that he be? Does Sunglass Hut have a "character"? I guess you mean that he should like a little like Bernie, in "A weekend at Bernie's".
