Does Mickey's Toontown Fair open later?

I was at MK in November, 2002. Mickey's Toontown Fair did not open until 10:00. Is that the norm? If not, does it depend on the season or the day of the week?

Mickey's Toontown Fair usually opens one hour later than normal park openning, but on extremly busy days Toontown can open at the same time as the rest of the park.

Yea, and now Adventureland opens at 10 aswell...Kinda the same thing with the FW/WS openings at Epcot
