Hey there, Hi there, Ho there,
there is the Disney Village located between the two theme parks and the Disney Hotels (originally called Festival Disney). It features the Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show (a fun dinner show), several shops, restaurants, bars, a night club and an open air concert stage.
Also there is the shopping mall of Val d'Europe just one stop with the RER (=train) away from the theme parks. That is actually still on Resort property and is part of the city of Val d'Europe that has been planned by Disney. The mall features a wide assortment of shops covering everything from essentials (Europe's largest super market) to clothing, CDs, toys etc. There is also a Disney Store there but it is not a true Disney Store but a shop operated by the Disneyland Resort Paris offering an assorted collection of merchandising available in the theme parks. Part of this (at least for European conditions) huge mall is a Sea Life center. Also at the upper end of the mall is an outlet shopping village.
Usually I would recommend DLP.info as a source for information, but our Disney Village section is helplessly outdated (I promise: we get back to it as soon as possible but right now we are bussy improving other parts of the web and moving several elements to new server as we just did for the chat)...
Yours
Dirk
