Does everyone get the WBI offer?

I applied for an hourly job yesterday and this morning I was offered to take the web based interview. Is that a good sign or does everybody get offered the WBI and I shouldnt get too excited?

Now I don't have personal experience with the WDC, but I know a lot about the DCP. I believe DIsney looks for key words on your standard application, does a simple background/name search to make sure you haven't murdered someone, haha.

So in short, not everyone gets it. But, I know a lot of people do.

Another thing I just recalled - I remember there being a lot of repeat questions as well. I think they were also getting a feel for how one is treating the web based interview. I.e., not selecting random answers.
