Does Disney Do Reminders?

I've never had this problem because I'm relatively OCD and also check my Disney Reservations weekly (I like to remind myself over and over again that I'm booked!), but it got me wondering, what if I didn't check? Or what if I did the math wrong and thought I had to pay off my trip 30 days in advance instead of 45? Does Disney send a reminder to people with a balance on their account to pay it off? Or does Disney just cancel the reservation if it's not paid 45 days out?

I bet they'd shoot you an email if you hadn't paid of by the due date. I don't know because we paid ours off way before it was due. You could also get the My Disney Experience App for your phone and it is linked to your reservations (you sign in under your account) and also it has awesome features like wait times on rides and such.

Well, I think I just answered my own question (well, at least in part). SO, yesterday I made a payment towards my trip and I received an invoice in my email today. On the invoice it breaks down what was paid, when it was paid, what is remaining to be paid, and when the final payment is due. So, I guess if you are making payments towards a trip, you would be getting at least that reminder??

I guess so! They also send a new magnet in the mail that has important dates, including the final pay off date
