Does anyone use this at the House of Mouse to keep cool? Does it actually work?

I bought one from Temu a year or so ago. Works great. Looks a little dorky but gets the job done.
Wonderful. Thank you so much. We've always wanted to try one but never have. It can get a little hot in Orlando sometimes, but fun nonetheless. I've never bought from Temu, but have heard it's a pretty popular site.
