We have done free dining in Sept for the last 4 years. Does anyone think that maybe this year the deal will be better? Like maybe free dining plus a percentage off?

Does anyone think they will have Free Dining plus another perk in September?

I think we will either see a continuation of the current 4/3 deal OR free dining but not both on the same deal. At most you might be able to choose one or the other.

It's anybody's guess, but we went this past Dec with the Visa free dining deal, and it seemed to be that the price we paid for the room was also below the "posted" rate. As I recall, I also tried pricing the same vacation online (but without dining, to make it fair) and it came out higher than what we ended up paying.
SO, unless I was totally wrong--which is possible--it was actually some kind of "Free dining + discount" deal.
As Yoda said, it would be too much to expect 4/3 deal + Free Dining, but I don't think OP was expecting THAT. (but wouldn't THAT rock? I'd be super-tempted to go in Sept with THAT deal)
Who knows? From stuff I've seen here, the 4/3 deal seems successful, so they might not feel the need to add to it...

I am almost 100% positive that you will pay rack rates when you get free dining. However, rack rates can vary almost day to day if you hit it just right. For instance a room at a value on 2/12/2009 ran you $82 per night. The same room jumps to $135 per night on 2/13/2009.
