Were planning on going to WDW in 2013 but want to plan it so we can see the entire new fantasyland. We were thinking about going in June. Should pixie hollow be open by then? Any ideas?

Does anyone know the exact month in 2013 that the entire new fantasyland will reopen?

I would say no. Pixie Hollow has been cut from the plans as far as I've heard from the Rumors.:shrug:

The Pixie Hollow area is no more. Most things will be done by then I would guess.
The Dwarfs mine train ride may not be up but rest of it should be.

I don't know a WHOLE lot about the expansion but to answer the question I do believe the whole Princess domination thing was scrapped. Stuff like the mine ride for the Seven dwarfs (which I think sounds good) and other things that I can't remember are in the plans now. Maybe someone else can chime in here

It will likely open in phases but I doubt even Disney knows the exact month everything will open. Even before the plans changed it would have been difficult to pinpoint an exact month. For now I would go with "sometime in 2013", and this time next year we may get a season like "summer 2013". I wouldn't plan on hearing a month until 2012 at the earliest.
Sorry that it doesn't help with planning but Disney would likely answer in a similar, vague way.

Lee, Raven and other insiders on here have said that there are blueprints for this Dwarfs mine train.
Lee and Raven are very reliable. Sometimes Disney changes its plans but they are saying there are blueprints so the Dwarfs mine ride seems likely to be part of the new Fantasyland currently being built.
