You should just be able to download them - according to the Disney Parks Blog:
At this year’s event, there’s an opportunity for party guests to purchase a new product that we’re currently testing – a one day Memory Maker.
Now through October 31, a one day Memory Maker entitlement can be added to your Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party ticket for only $39. All of your Disney PhotoPass photos taken on the day your event ticket is used, including character encounters and select dining and attraction photos are included — no matter how many you get or if they were taken earlier in the day before Mickey’s Not-So-scary Halloween Party!

We had an issue with our one day Memory Maker. We were there on Monday, Oct. 6 and purchased it. When we got home and checked our pictures, our ride pics weren't there, and it didn't show that I had purchased the Memory Maker. I called, and after numerous hours of a wonderful CM looking into it, she figured out that they had sold me the Memory Maker for Wed, Oct 8.
We finally got it all straightened out and I was able to download all of our pics. If it won't let you download, you need to call and have them figure out what the problem is!

I read on the Disney World Memory Maker Facebook page that they were having a lot of technical difficulties. They are offering people extensions on their photos because of the problems. So if you are having issues, maybe that could be the reason.

Yep. "Add to Cart" first. I've already added to my cart the ones I want. Waiting until next payday before completing the purchase.
That is the info I used to make my decision to purchase!

Yes, once they fixed the date for me, I could download all of the pics, including ride pics, for no extra charge! You need to call them and see what the problem is.

Memory Maker includes all your pictures in the price. You should not pay extra for them. If it is not working please contact Disney and they will fix your account.
