Do the Extra Magic hours change from year to year

Hi Everyone

I am already planning for our September trip next year !!!
I have researched a bit, and I don't think the Extra Magic hours hours come out till 6 month before, but this will be very tight for Dining ADRs.

Does anyone know if the days change from year to year or do they pretty much stay the same?

With the new openings going on next year, I would suspect that EMH might be changed too. JMHO
