Do Swan and Dolphin hotels qualify for Disney Dining Plan?

We want to stay a few nights in 2017 at Swan and Dolphin by SPG... We have a pile of points with our SPG card and hoping to redeem some points into free nights at those hotels.

And no charging to the room or free magic bands either but you can purchase a magic band to use for fast passes, memory maker, park entry etc. If you buy a magic band you cannot use it for room entry or charging to your room.
