Do disney resort hotels do anything special for new years eve?

We are arriving on new years eve in the afternoon. With traveling all day and planning on spending some time at Epcot we will probably head back to the resort around 9pm -- we have 2 - 9 year olds and a 19 month old so staying at the park late until new years is really not an option.

We will be staying at Caribbean beach -- I was just curious if any of the resorts do anything special for new years. The older boys probably could handle staying up until midnight, but the baby will need to be in bed no later than 9.

My vote - get the kids to take a power nap and stay at Epcot. Fantastic fireworks. :)
We did EPCOT in 08 (our only NYE trip so far). We grabbed a spot by the lagoon (early) and stayed there. Boy was it worth it. The two showings of Illuminations and the New Year celebrations for each country. You HAVE to include this in your trip, even if that means putting the kids in a stroller and let them sleep the New Year in
