Your poll doesn't work for those of us that have used DME several times...
I've experienced everything from about 45 minutes aircraft touchdown to resort check-in to an hour and a half when I hadn't received tags in advance and had to describe my luggage to a CM at DME check-in before joining already long bus line-ups.
Over-all I've averaged under an hour from the moment the aircraft's wheels touch the runway to talking to a CM to check in at our resort.

Ditto for me - from stepping off the plane to stepping off the bus at our resort it's usually about an hour. Longer to get your luggage though - unless you grab it yourself ;~)
