Both DL and DCA stroller locations are said to be moved to a new location outside the park entrances, near the kennels.

Overall I think its a great idea to be moved, and will hopefully make the right tunnel a lot more enjoyable to walk through instead walking through the maze of people getting the stroller adjusted. One thing though is how are they going to have guest return them at the end of the night say if there coming from DCA and are parked at Mickey and Friends I doubt the guest is willing to walk from DCA to the new location and then to the trams. hmmm.

New Disneyland Resort Stroller Rental Center

Details: A new, centrally-located stroller rental shop in the Main Entrance Plaza will replace the current stroller-rental locations in the theme parks. Both in-park stroller rental locations will remain open during construction, but will eventually close upon completion of the new main location. The California Adventure location will be re-purposed for other uses when that park's Sunshine Plaza area is made over into Buena Vista Street.
Project Status: In progress. Began August 11, 2009.
Completion Date: February 2010​

The new stroller, ECV, and Wheelchair location now has an opening date of Jan 12, heres a small segment on it from what appears to be a larger merchandise press release.

The new rental location is located outside the Main Entrance of Disneyland Park adjacent to the Disneyland Kennel Club. Strollers, ECV and Wheelchair rentals are subject to availability.
