DLR at capacity 12/27/13

Question for the experts - do DLR & DCA have closing "phases" like WDW does?

I'm sure the DLR has closing phases, but I've never actually heard of them. The only times Disneyland and California Adventure reach capacity is during Christmas, as we saw yesterday.

Yes... they have 3 levels:

1) Stop selling tickets
2) Close to reentry
3) Close to all

3 is rare but 1 & 2 happen every once in a while.

Rarely does DCA close although I'm sure its happened.
