DLP Phantom Manor and Universal Studios

I just read that the DLP Phantom Manor is modeled after the Bates Motel facade being used at UNIVERSAL STUDIOS Ca. weird huh! I saw a pic of this, (thanks to the great and wonderful DsneyGrl85) and they look almost identical. Thats so weird to me - using something from Universal Studios, and almost replicating it...
