DLP Day-Trip Advice?

Headed to London for a family reunion soon, but booked the Eurostar to Paris to take the sister to DLP since she's never been. It's just a day trip - taking the 1st train in (arrives at Gare du Nord around 9:30AM) and the last train out (leaves Gare du Nord at 9:10PM). Any suggestions for a plan of attack for the day? I have not been since 2013 (though I've been to Paris many times, just usually skip the park). What's new that I shouldn't miss?

New stuff since 2013:
Ratatouille Ride
Hyperspace Mountain
Star Tours 2.0
New updated Pirates of the Caribbean Auction scene
New effects on Big Thunder Mountain
New parade
New Fireworks
And that's about it.

My Disneyland Paris Must Do attractions in no particular order:
1. Big Thunder Mountain
2. Phantom Manor
3. Pirates of the Caribbean
4. Indiana Jones and the Temple of Peril
5. It's a Small World
6. HyperSpace Mountain
7. Twilight Zone Tower of Terror
8. Crush's Coaster
9. Ratatouille
10. Rock N Rollercoaster
- Slinky Dog Spin gets an honourable mention as it cracks me up every time.
Make sure to watch Mickey and the Magician show at Walt Disney Studios, Disney Stars on Parade and Disney Illuminations fireworks at Disneyland, (though your train time suggests you can't which is unfortunate). Perfect Disney day right there. If you like Characters then squeeze in some time to meet Mickey too of course.
