DL Ticketing Question

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I can't seem to find an answer. I have purchased a 3 day DL ticket online. When I go next week to my first DL day, do I need to go to a ticket booth to exchange my voucher for a ticket, or can they do this at a ticket booth? I don't want to stand in a long line if I don't have to. Thanks.

I believe you will receive a ticket at the entry turnstiles after your voucher is scanned. You can also use the barcode on the Disneyland app.

Someone correct me if I’m wrong but I don’t think any of the ticket booths are currently operating as online reservations are currently required for admission and ticket media are purchased in advance.

Ticket Booths are open but they do have CM standing around pushing you towards online transactions. There always seem to be a short line for them. I know they assist with upgrading to Magic Keys if having an issue through the app or some like to put a larger downpayment for their payment plan. Otherwise I guess if you have a ticket issue they assist but pretty much everything can be done online or via Customer Service prior to arrival.
