Are you only able to visit one? If so, DL would be the best choice. There's much more to do, and you'll have more fun there. DL is much better quality wise than MK. It's fun to go to the park where everything was started and where Walt actually walked through!
When are you planning on visiting? Just a heads up, weekends can get very crowded!

Hi am going to be in LA for 3 days and want to do a disney park but wich one is best for 2 big kids(32 and 25). we have been to WDW and paris. any help would be great
No brainer.
Disneyland, without a doubt.

Yeah I would go to DL but try to avoid the weekends.
