DL Hotel- Pixie dust in rooms?

On the DL dvd I purchased recently, they talked about there being Pixie Dust in each room in the hotel. What is the deal with this? I've yet to visit DL (hopefully that will change late in January!) and I really want to know what it's like. Does anyone have video or pictures? Is it fiberoptics?

It is just a wallpaper border.

It's glow in the dark "pixie dust" that you see when you turn out all the lights in the room. In the room, around the ceiling, is a normal looking TinkerBell border. When you turn the lights off to go sleepy sleepies, poof, pixie dust appears.

Thanks guys! Still sounds neat, but I guess I was over-speculating thinking they'd be fiberoptics in each room...
