Is it possible to be able to purchase tickets to go to Hoop De Doo Musical Revue if your not booking or staying on Disney Property? Also can you purchase a meal plan thru Disney if you don't stay on site? We were thinking about purchasing a four day or five day hopper pass ticket to be able to go the parks while in Florida for a week. Please advise any info on this matter. Is it better to get the tickets we need before we go or wait until we are there.

Im not 100% on the Hoop De Doo Musical Revue, but you can NOT purchase the meal plan if you're not staying on site. : )

No meal plan if not staying at a Disney resort.

For the Hoop Dee Doo, you can make an ADR 180 days before the day you would like to go there. You will be required to pay in full at the time of the reservation. I strongly advise booking it as close to the 180 days out as possible to guarantee that you get it.
