DisneyWorld in Nevada???

I just returned from Disneyland Resort in California and heard some very interesting news....that Disney has bought land in Nevada and it is quite alot about the size of the land purchase in Florida for WDW. The source was very sure of his information and I was wondering if anyone else had heard this same information? Have a Disney Day!!!

I highly doubt its vadility...

First off...Disney would never buy land and let it be known about what they are doing. They would but it under a different name so that other companies wouldnt catch on and start buying up all the surronding land.

Second...Granted Vegas is considered competition for Disney, but another park in the US? Very doubtfull. Disney killed that idea when the whole Texas thing fell thru.

I'd love to hear this guys excuse on how he obrained this info..

not happening.. I don't think disney would purposely build a resort within a 4 hour drive from another one

I could probably think of at least a dozen reasons for why they wouldn’t want to do this but I can’t think of any reasons for why they would want to.

Wouldn't believe it............It would make "real" news if anyone every found out about disney buying up land.....
