Sometimes the servers get overloaded and return bad data or something, which is why they'll dissapear, or sometimes it is Disney unloading new data for the months, so that's a possibility too.
Either way, we know it doesn't confirm Wonders being open - rather that it's possible that Disney is working on the hours and attractions available during those periods.
