Hello everyone, here is a park concept I have been working on! It combines some original attractions with Disney IP ones and existing lands to create a park themed all around space travel. This park works as a compliment to DisneySea in many ways, and could be cool in Tokyo actually. Let me know any comments, questions, improvements! And excuse my bad handwriting lol.

I love seeing all the care, passion, and creativity that has gone into this! And a space themed park is a great idea!

Thank you! I had thought about how a lot of Disney’s new lands and IP are based on space properties, like Pandora, Galaxy’s Edge, and Marvel, and I figured a park with all of those would probably be a success. Some of the original attractions I thought up like the Rover Coaster or Star Voyager would take inspiration from Epcot attractions, using edutainment. The Star Trek land would be a little similar to the old Vegas Star Trek experience, but would also be a good IP to use.

The central idea of this park is that the front of it, or the core, is all based on real science and how we view it/understand it from earth. Things like a science center and Mission Space are here. The farther back you go Into the park, the more fantastical science fiction it becomes with lands like Pandora, Knowwhere from GOTG, and Galaxy’s Edge.

The Star Trek land is like a bridge between these because it is science fiction, but a bit more based in reality than Star Wars, Marvel Space properties, or Pandora.

Making an entire land based around an outside IP seems like anathema to me. I would probably reduce Star Trek to one attraction, ala Tower of Terror, and use the rest for lesser-known Disney space IP (Treasure Planet, etc) or more original content.

I do like the L&S land, though. And Knowhere seems pretty fun too.

This is a good point, I only saw Star Trek as maybe needing a land so as to encapsulate things from every generation of it. I don’t know what the relationship is like right now between Disney and CBS over Twilight Zone. A treasure planet ride would be great though! Right now I have it just represented as a 3D show in the Space Coast land, but swapping Trek with Treasure Planet is also a good possibility.
