Disney's Magical Express reservation

Howdy all.

Not quite sure it this is the right forum, but I give it a chance.
I'm living in Norway and me and my family have booked our next Disney World holiday through a travel agent here in Norway, witch in turn has reserved our rooms and ticket through an agent in USA. And when I asked my Norwegian agent to add Disney's magical express to our reservation, they got a reply from their US agent that I have to reserve the Magical Express myself via Disney costumer center. Disney costumer center are saying that our Norwegian travel agent has to reserve the magical express through their US agent, but the US agent are saying that I have to do it. Has anyone encountered anything like this before? Any good advice what to do?
Ans just to clarify, I only have contact with my Norwegian travel agent, except when I called and emailed Disney to try to add the magical express.

Thanx in advance for your replies.

I am not sure if you coming from Norway might have something to do with it, but any one of the three parties involved should be able to do it. I have set up DME for my clients and my clients have also set it up themselves. All you need is your Disney reservation number, your flight number and airline. Since your TA's do not seem all that helpful, I would just avoid the middle man and call them yourself.

I am not sure why they would not be able to reserve your Magical Express transfers, this confuses me. The agent in the US who ultimately made the reservation should apply transfers to the reservation.

Did you try contacting Magical Express Directly. The Disney's Magical Express guest services phone number is 866-599-0951.

Actually my Norwegian travel agent is being very helpful. I suspect that there is something with the US agent my Norwegian travel agent is using, that the US agent is doing something wrong. And I have tried to call Disney directly, and sent an email, but both via phone call and email they are saying that the US agent should reserve the magical express. And I visited Disney World in 2010, we used the magical express. At that time I booked via a another Norwegian agency and then I got the confirmation number from them and sent DIsney and email, and Disney reserved it. But it seems that it not so easy now.

I haven't call them directly. Even though I'm fairly good in English, I feel that when I speak English in the telephone, I feel that it makes it harder to explain what I want to do.

I have reserved DME dozens of times, but never by email. I would try calling DME directly at 866-599-0951.
