Is anyone else having trouble with Disney website's live chat? For 2 or 3 days now (for me) it kept saying they were all busy. Now today, it doesn't even have the option there of live chat. Is it just my computer?

At least I know it's not just me then. I was hoping to use it so that I didn't have to pay for a long distance phone call. I did email over a week ago, but there's been no reply. Oh well, hopefully tomorrow it will be working again.
