I loved going through all of those old photos. I've never stayed here, and don't know that I will with the prices. The resort is funny to me, I'm always kind of meh seeing it and wondering if it's worth a visit (though I was glad they updated somewhat the rooms), but it always ranked on the cool factor for me having the monorail go through it.
A pool update along the lines of poly/wl/bc would go a long ways in helping.

I completely agree. The monorail has always given it that 'cool' factor, and the views from the top and location to the Magic Kingdom. But other than that I never really understood why it cost so much. The BLT helped a lot but the tower still needs work!

Haven't popped in here for a while. Just wanted to say that I've had to push this project back till late June/July -- but it's on my list and it will get done around that time!
