If the hash is the original recipe from when they first opened, I'm pleasantly surprised. That was a solid dish. The others seem like creatively plated simpler dishes.

The frittata and beef certainly has my interest. The hash has potential. The fruit I will pass on and french toast is insanely common so I can get that anywhere.

I'm disappointed in the difference between the photo on the menu board -- the beef looks like thin rounds off a tenderloin -- and what was served in the photo in the article, which looks like thinly sliced chuck roast.

Could be worse. Could be super thin slices of deli meat. Then again I have seen busch gardens do the same thing and call it brisket slices.
