Disney's America

Imagine taking a drop from the top of Pikes Peak, rafting down the mighty Mississippi River, falling from the top of a Gateway Arch Elevator, riding a roller coaster through New York City, or taking a tour of some of America's greatest monument, all in one day. That's the idea behind Disney's America, my new theme park idea. More details will be coming soon. What do you guys think of this idea?

I want to see a Disney's America, most of your ideas are good, but the idea of a run away elevator on the arch is the most dreadful thing I've ever heard! First of all the ride would characterize the elevators as unsafe, while they are quite safe at the actual arch. Plus, representing the arch with a runaway elevator of death is not a good way to represent it. Think of something else.

Despite that, I like the idea of the Mississippi raft ride ( but perhaps rio grand since that river has more rapids than the Mississippi does, or perhaps a raft ride through a mock up of the grand canyon. ) And the New York roller coaster needs more of a story.

You're right, but I think I have a good main concept in place, do any of you have attraction suggestions?

attraction suggestion=

"Cabs" - a harrowing Taxi ride through New York City, you accidentally find yourself in the clutches of the mafia, police, and movie stars in this hilarious, multi-sensory motion simulator through the streets of the Big Apple on New Year's eve.

"Grand Canyon" = You test a hanglider through the most marvelous parts of the grand canyon.

"Colors of the Wind: an Enchanting Musical" = Pocahontas takes you trhough a multi-sensory experience as the forest comes to life in this awe-inspiring presentation.

"Bambi" = A dark ride

"Lilo and Stitch: the Hunt for Jumba's Experiments" = Hunt down all 625 of Stitch's cousins in the Buzz Lightyear Astro balsters-like ride through the Aloha state. (I know you hate Stitch but this is something for the kiddies and doesn't have to be a main attraction, besides, it gives you the opportunity to gun down Stitch...)

"The Muppet Imigration Story" - The Muppets tell the story of imigrants.

"Toon's Hollow" - The Toontown of Disney's America represents the traditional small American Town...except with Disney characters as its residents.

I was hoping of making it "different" since Soarin's ride system deserves to see more action than just the grand canyon, but the Grand Canyon itself deserves to be explored in such a way that you'd "soar" over it.

Thanks Wannabe Walt, Im glad you liked it :D

and something with tornados.
