Disney's America - What was the weenie?

Its "Main Street" was going to be "Crossroads USA," a mid-1800s frontier town street.

But what was the park's main weenie (park icon) going to be? I can't seem to find anything.

Oddly enough, it doesn't look like it had one inside the park. Perhaps they would have created an American Flag Eagle statue outside the park. To give the resort a known and beloved icon.

Yeah, it really doesn't look like it. I know that they were going to have a replica Independence Hall, but I believe that was at "3" in the map, which isn't at the center of the park (it's not visible from Crossroads USA).

The proposed American Heartland theme park, created by former Imagineers, looks like a riff on Disney's America. It has no weenie either.

The Civil War Fort was the weenie. It can even been seen in the art for Crossroads USA.

Like Disney’s America, American Heartland seems to be placing a weenie across the water from the entry land. There is a lighthouse in the art that lines up with the main entry street in Liberty Village.

A replica Independence Hall, at 168 feet, might have made a good weenie. Maybe get rid of the side wings.
