This is not an OR situation...you would have to pay $149 to stay in the park AFTER you have spent $105 to be in the park all day! I wonder if they gave guests the option...pay $105 for all day or pay $149 for 3 hours...if they would have more taking advantage of Disney After Dark hours?
You could buy a ticket for just after hours...you didn't have to be there during the day. The After hours ticket also allowed you to get more than just three hours. You just got 3 hours with reduced hours. I think you get 2-3 hours in the park before it closes. Just like a party ticket.

You really have no idea what you are saying. The $149 gets you into the park at 7pm. Why would anyone pay the normal single day price of $105 along with it???? If you have APs or regular park passes, go to a different park during the day, or if you are there at a resort, then swim in the pool. You don't HAVE to spend the $105 at all.

Am I the only one who thinks with only 1,000 people, it would be well worth the $150 for 3 hours in the MK?

I guess I am, because I paid for it in 2 weeks.

I'd join you. I'd sure get my moneys worth jumping on rides repeatedly without the competition of a park full of guests. To me, I see the value.
