Disneyland Withhold's Bonuses As Negotiating Tactic

At both WDW and Disneyland, Disney is withholding the promised $1,000 bonuses for CM's that are currently in union contract negotiations. If no agreement is ratified by the end of August, CM's will not receive the bonus at all. Disney says it is part of the negotiating process. The union disagrees.
