I watched Disneylands version on YouTube, I like it better and want to see it. Disney Worlds version doesn't really float my boat.

Disneyland's has major no seating area, but the show is a lot better in my opinion. I haven't seen Fantasmic! at the World since 2000, so I'm making my judgement from the videos I've seen. I have seen Fantasmic! at Disneyland twice in person, and it is quite spectacular!

Disneyland.

F! runs twice daily. (On days it runs). This makes a big difference for crowdiness.
Better story.
Better effects.
Better upkeep.
And especially, F! was designed for DL, for the Rivers of America. F! is infinitely more magical when played out within the park itself. The way fireworks are infinitely better when they explode above a castle instead of above a random parking lot. Yes, same fireworks, better seating, but the entire point is lost.

Oh, and no six thousand Brazilians screaming chants! (If suddenly a few thousand Brits would shout football stadium chants at each other for hours on end, I'm sure they'd be asked to please refrain from such activity or else be politely escorted out...)

I like how Fantasmic is within the park, you don't loose any time waiting in that stupid stadium, I like the pirate ship and how they use the Mark Twain. I saw Fantasmic when the place was called MGM Studios. I really want to see the one in Disneyland. I don't like that stupid boat they use at the end. Its like a simulation of the original Fantasmic. I will just have to see for myself, it looks like I might be finally taking my first Disneyland trip real soon :-).

Almost all of DL's entertainment beats the World's IMO. I do like the designated seating as opposed to "oh hey lets build a show right here so people can watch it behind 50 rows of strollers". But I don't really care about the Mark Twain finale, that dragon is freaking awesome. The Peter Pan segment is neat too.

Disneyland, by miles. The first time I saw it out there it blew me away (I think it was before the new dragon). The Peter Pan scene was awesome, and I like the Jungle Book barges better than the Lion King scene. Plus, the setting makes it so much better imo.
