We had a wonderful 1st trip to Disneyland this past April and instead of returning to WDW in 2014 , we have decided to return to Disneyland. I need some advice ...we are looking at 2 dates...March 1-8 and April 26 -May 3. With Easter being April 20th in 2014 will the crowds be larger the week of April 26...is the late Easter date creating later spring break crowds? And the week of March 1... The Touring Plan charts very lo crowds, but how is the weather and will Easter/spring decorations be out then...any advice is appreciate...everyone was wonderful on this board in helping us plan our April 2013 trip!

I would go with the March dates, since they're further from spring break. I'd expect lower crowds then.

In regards to the weather, it should be warm in March, with temps hovering in the late sixties to the mid seventies. Both March and April tend to have overcast days, with cool mornings. As usual, the temperature will drop in the evening, so a jacket is needed. Speaking as a SoCal native, I consider the sixties to be cold, so it may be different for you. Were you cold at night in April?

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention decorations; there won't be any in March. You may see a few decorations in April, but not to the extent of the Halloween and Christmas ones.

There really aren't spring/Easter decorations at DLR.
Not too many man-made decorations, but Mother Nature and the Horticulture department do their best:
