Disneyland Ticket Package Pickup

Disney planning at Disneyland has a whole new learning curve from WDW. Can anyone clarify? When I booked a vacation package (good neighbour hotel) through Disneyland’s website I was given a confirmation number. No tickets appear on your account like they do for WDW and of course there are no magic bands. Where/when do I get my tickets? Front desk of the hotel at check in? Do I need to show my confirmation page at the front gate? What is the procedure?

First, make sure the package you chose includes tickets since they do not include them automatically. I made that mistake this past spring and had to rebook the proper package to add the necessary tickets. Once you have your package booked through Disneyland travel there will be an envelope at the front desk when you check in that has everything in it including your ticket media and everything else you might have purchased with he package. It actually works very smoothly But if your a WDW regular it can be a little disconcerting since a trip to Disneyland requires much less advance planning.

Thanks for the reply. We definitely have tickets as part of the package park hopper and max pass. I guess now it’s just a waiting game.
