Disneyland Resort Paris announced today several new attractions coming to the Resort over the next few years.

To sum it up in brief:

2005 brings Space Mountain: Mission 2 to Disneyland Park
2006 brings Buzz Lightyear's Laser Blast to Disneyland Park
2007 brings Toon Town Studios to Walt Disney Studios
2008 brings Tower of Terror to Walt Disney Studios

Not bad for a park that was in serious financial trouble not long ago. $240 million in capital improvements over the next few years - though, that's an announced $240 million, and Disney almost never admits how much they're *actually* spending.

Ok- makes a little more sense now. Upon further inspecting - there were a lot of people stating this wrong originally with the $240 million number. It is £240 million, which is a lot more when converted to USD.

It is very unfortunate that DLP is not doing better. When I was there a few years back I really enjoyed it. Maybe with the new attractions coming to DLP it will begin to see better days.

So I suppose that Walt Disney Co. will not be happy till every resort has the same attractions. With this announcement, everyone will have a ToT and a Buzz Lightyear ride. I want something original to be in awe and wonder over. Like another Expedition: Everest. Something exciting that only the imagineers know the full details about!

Its 240 million Euro, not pounds. So thats around $320 million.
