With the DCA extreme makeover adding 2,300 new Cast Members in 2012 alone, the Disneyland Resort has seen its employment ranks swell to 23,000 Mousketeers now working on the Anaheim property. This makes the Disneyland Resort the largest employer in all of Orange County; an affluent county of 3.3 Million people along the coast between San Diego and Los Angeles.
Not only has thte DCA expansion adding thousands of new Cast Members to the ranks, but the extreme makeover and major construction projects of the last three years have added thousands of contstruction and project management jobs during the Great Recession when the construction industry in SoCal was really hurting. Way to go Disneyland Resort! :wave:
