I'm really excited to see him - Soul was (for me) the best Pixar film in a very long time.

Well, that's cute. I imagine they approved this long before Soul was re-released in theaters this month to crickets and made less than a million dollars at the US box office. But still, the thought is nice, and as a jazz lover I approve.

This looks like he's located in the stairwell down the hall from the lobby, across from the small conference center and the exit doors to the parking garage. It's a shame they couldn't put him in the lobby bar area instead. Why shove him down a hallway that no one really walks past?

The cynic in me says they’ve done this on purpose. Easier to cut the expensive musician when no one watches him.
