Do they do pin trading at Disneyland?

Yes. It works exactly like at WDW. I think they give all the DVC people the good pins so they can tell you all about Aulani.

Thanks! We're doing WDW in Feb and DLR in Sept. Just wanted to make sure if I get some pins that I'll be able to trade at both!

Oh my goodness, yes. CMs trade, as well as guests. Disneyland actually lets big pin trading fans set up IN THE PARK and trade. Here's proof. This is in Tomorrowland of Disneyland:

yes they do. our kids brought home their lanyards filled after our first trip to DL in June. They have them hanging up in their rooms. they wont put their DL pins on the WDW lanyards either. Wouldnt even think of bringing them to WDW.
