Or you could use that big blue book on Imagineering called Walt Disney Imagineering: A behind the dreams look at making real magic (or something like that).

go to this link and you'll find a bunch of titles, some of which may prove helpful to you. My personal favorite is one a read a few years ago called Mouse Tails (sort of an unauthorized, behind-the-scenes book... a little gossipy but a very, very entertainingread). It's included on this list.
