Hi everyone,
I'm thinking about going to Disneyland paris for New Year but have a question.

I live in the UK and was thinking about getting the eurostar out to paris, and then stay in a hotel in Paris. Can I just buy a day ticket for disneyland and stay there at night aswell?

I heard you have to stay in the disneyland resort to be able to stay there at night, and normal day passes only allow day access.

Look forward to responses. Thanks

I'm geussing you are referring to the evening extra magic hours? If you are then i'm afraid you are only able to take advantage of those if you are staying at a disney hotel. You will have to check to see when extra magic hours are available during your stay (if at all) but like I said if your not at a disney resort you wont be able to use them. Hope this helps, whatever you decide I hope you have the best time. Good Luck :)

Hi,
I'm talking about New Years Eve. I'm planning on visiting Disneyland Paris for this day.

Can I book a hotel near Disneyland and just buy a ticket for the day/evening?

Also is there transport after midnight on new years eve?

Thanks

Hi,

If your talking about this coming new years eve, I think you might be out of luck with regards to staying on Disney Property - they sell out early and it's very expensive. You may get lucky at one of the neighbouring hotels (they are given on the disney website) and I think many of these provide transport up-to a hours (maybe longer) after the parks close. Double check that though as I might wrong.

If you stay in Paris you may be able to get transport in and out but it will be very busy and expensive. Paris isn't as close to DLP as you might think. There is a train station in DLP which is connected to the eurostar - it might be worth checking that out.

Be aware that the parks themselves will be very, very busy and you will have to wait a long time for anything (ride, foods, shows etc). My advice would be to wait a year and make a proper vacation of it for next new years - stay a couple of days so you can see /do everything you want.
