Disneyland Opening Ceremony

Does Disneyland have a daily opening ceremony at park opening like the parks at WDW?

Nothing fancey, or anything to get up early for unless you want to be one of the first people in the park. Otherwise they just do a little count down at the gates and then let everyone in. On certain days they do a rope drop on Main Street which is good enough I guess they play the "Welcome" song which is a nice touch but again nothing like MK's opening show on the station.

Yes, it's called "Everybody run for the Submarine Voyage!"

I've also seen the band come out and play by the gate, along with a few characters, but there doesn't seem to be a schedule to it that I'm aware of.

I have to say with the exception of the Music and the mention of the Year of a Million Dream I like this one better than the Magic Kingdom one.
