Disneyland on Halloween?

Hey y'all,

Sorry if this has been discussed in a previous thread. First time visiting DL and DCA. We may be doing this for Halloween. Can someone please tell us what the crowds and the weather are like between 10/30 - 11/03?

Will any attractions be down (that you may know of) then? Will any New attractions be ready around those days?

Also, we are thinking about staying at the Best Western Anaheim... Does anyone have any feedback on this property? Thanks!

Crowds and weather I cant comment on but refurbishments I sure can! lol

From the refurbishment thread, it looks like its only Pirates of the Caribbean, theres no new attractions opening in Oct other than the holiday layovers that will be open those being Haunted Mansion Holiday, Space Mountain Ghost Galaxy and Halloween Round Up.

Its possible that small world(for its holiday conversion) might be down some time during your visit but the refurbishment lists dont go out that far. Space Mountain Ghost Galaxy most likely go down on Nov 1 and return Nov 2 as Space Mountain.


Also during your visit DL will be hosting its Halloween parties on select nights known as Mickey's Halloween Party.

Ok, thankk you for the reply. :wave: Definitely bummed out about Pirates. That's my favorite ride at Disney. I hope the crowds aren't as bad as they are at WDW in the summer
