Okay, the Disney Mall thread is dead and starting to smell funny and i'm the only one interested in the corpse. I've decided to start a project for a Disney park located not far from Marceline, Missouri. I'm thinking that most of the park will be indoors, and their can be buses departing from the resort to take a tour of Marceline and the farm Walt grew up on. I'll be waiting for input on this new project.

How will people see the fireworks show? I know the indoor Main Street Area will have a glass roof, but I don't think that people will be able to see the fireworks very well from there.

Maybe I'll nix the glass roof. The reason I wanted some indoor parts of the park was for the colder parts of the year. (Splash Mountain would probably have to close, or have the water jets turned off.)

Adventureland:
Attractions:
Enchanted Tiki Room: Mostly like the original, but Lilo and Stitch are here. Lilo is a big fan of the Tiki Room, and forn the preshow, tells of the history of the attraction, then the Tiki Gods introduce themselves and Tangaroa opens the door. Inside, it's basically the same, but Lilo and Stitch have their own special "swings" as Jose knows how much they appreciate the show. Lilo opens the show, encouraging guests to wake Jose to start the show. The Tiki Tiki Tiki Room number goes along normally with Lilo and Stitch singing along(they sing along to all the numbers.) The show features all the other numbers from the original, including the Offenbach. During the Hawaiian War Chant, the Tiki Gods are angered by Stitch's poor attempts to sing and at the end of the Tiki chant, they zap him. Lilo and the Tiki birds sing Aloha Oui to calm the Tiki Gods, and Stitch is all right.
Indiana Jones and the Temple of the Cursed Ruby: Similar to the other Indiana Jones rides, but with more interactivity. The Ruby grants Long life and Wisdom to only people who don't look into it and have good intentions. The Nazis have taken it, and all heck breaks loose and you have to help Dr. Jones get it back before the Cursed Ruby unleashes it's curse upon the world.
Jungle Cruise: Like Disneyland's but goes through the Temple of the Cursed Ruby.
Pirates of the Caribbean:Similar to the Disneyland version, but with the sword fighting of Paris and the Unused "Pepper's Ghost effect that was originally going into the WDW version.
Lion King: Dark ride through the Lion King.
Tarzan's Treehouse: Similar to Disneyland's but with Audio Animatronics of the characters.

The new version of Tapestry Of Dreams(mentioned in the Main Street attraction roster.), will still retain the puppets and Dreamseekers. The Dreamseekers are now helping Dreamfinder and Figment on their dream collection and they open the parade and get people ready while the Dream Machine makes it's way down the parade path collecting Dream Stars( which will be given out with admission to the park.) When DF and Figment arrive, Figment asks how Dreams come true. Dreamfinder replys by saying " Any dream is possible if you believe in it, and that you're determined to make it come true." Figment then dreams of a world of Rhythm, peace, adventure, fantasy and timelessness. Throughout the parade, you can hear Walt's famous quote,"If you can Dream it, then you can do it"Then coming out of the fog behind the dream machine at the right moment are the puppets from the original Tapestry and the first float, Rhythm, is behind them. Rhythm, like all the floats in the parade, has a Millenium Drum at the back and characters dancing around on the float and sharing their own dreams along with the childrens. Rhythm's look is that of a variety of musical instruments.
Adventure features a jungle look and has all sorts of animal characters. Fantasy consists of the castle and many fantastical images and characters. Peace has characters of many nations united hand in hand and singing together, with a dove and olive branch in the center. Timelessness celebrates classic Disney characters and stories. The parade ends with Dreamfinder, Figment and the Dreamseekers beckoning all to reach for the stars.

Sounds great, but I think you should switch the Tapestry of Dreams parade and Fantasey Caravan around so Tapestry of Dreams is at Night and Fantasey Caravan is during the day.

Why?

Because just imagine all of the effects that they could do during the night to enhance the show. Like black light, fiber optics, ect. Maybe the stars handed out to kids could be glow in the dark. Like, 20 min before the parade, kids are handed out blank stars and a bag of glow in the dark stickers. The kids decorate their black stars with the stickers and give their "dreams" to the Dream Seekers. When the kids give the stars to them, they change color with fiber optics in their costume. That would be cool. Since the Fantasey Caravan has a ton of characters, many kids will miss out on them because of some kid's curfew. Sure, I bet they'll like Tapestry of Dreams, but they'll want to see their favorite characters in the parade.

Actually, you can't see the fireworks from World Bazaar in Tokyo because the fireworks aren't fired from directly behind the castle. The only way one would be able to see them from under the glass roof would be if they were at the very end of the street, about 5 or 10 feet behind the end of the glass roof, but even from there it doesn't work very well due to the fact that the corner restaurants block their view. Their hub is about 25% to 50% bigger than the next biggest one meaning many more people can fit in there to view the fireworks with no problem. - The WeirdOne :D

Updates: Haunted Mansion will now go in Frontierland. Adventureland will get an Arabian Coast area with an Aladdin dark ride, Sinbad's Seven Voyages, and that 3D Magic Show with the Genie.
Haunted Mansion Storyline: There was once a lovely young woman who was the daughter of Mr. George Gracey, who owned much of the mining operation in Big Thunder Mountain. The young woman was about to be married to a handsome young man, and the medium who lived in the Mansion, Madame Leota, invited 999 people to the wedding including some spirits of kings such as Ramses and Ceasar. However, one man, a weird little guy, was madly in love with the young woman, and wanted to kill her groom to be. So he sneaked in uninvited and hung the poor groom. Madame Leota witnessed this happening and went to tell the bride. She didn't take it well, and she commited suicide. Leota, who was incredibly angry at the weird little man, cursed him by transforming into a grotesque little being. Unfotunatly, Leota didn't realize how powerful her curse was, and it afffected all 999 people. Some became grotesque like the little man(Pop up ghosts), others were trapped in inanimate objects(the singing busts)including Leota herself, then there were those that became spirits. Now, the only way to break the curse was when the 2 spirited lovers, the bride and the groom, finally came together with love's first kiss. The weird little man, now known as the Phantom, is determined to keep the bride from finding her beloved by using his army of evil spirits. And now every night, Madame Leota calls on the spirits to see if they'll help the bride find her groom. Only then can the curse be lifted and all 999 spirits can rest in peace.

The History ride in Tommorowland will be named will be Journey Thru Time and will actually have a theme song, maybe something by the Sherman Brothers. As the ride begins, the Sage Of Time greets us and tells us that man needs to look at the past to create a better future. We begin in the prehistoric times of the Dinosaurs, which will also be viewable from the WDIWay peoplemover and the Disneyland Railroad. The Sage Of Time tells us that the dinosaurs reigned for over a 100 million years, much longer then Man has been around. He also explains that mammals would inherit the Earth when the Dinosaurs vanished from the Earth. We make a big jump alll the way to the dawn of man, which mixes the Spaceship Earth caveman scene with the World of Motion caveman scene. The Sage tells us how man struggled to create and find what they needed to survive, and they all needed to work together. Pretty much the rest of the ride mixes the humor of World Of Motion with the seriousness of Spaceship Earth while the Sage of Time tells the tale of our history in some cases in riddles and witty remarks, showing another side of the Sage's personality.

I'm not sure that's very tomorrowland-ish. Tomorrowland is about dreams of the future and science fiction. The Sage of Time reperesents the TON parade of nations comming together in the future. Not to mention, I don't think some guests will be too interested in learning the history of tomorrowland.

BTW, I really like the HM story line. It's very well thought out and well done.:sohappy:

My idea for Tommorowland is essentially what happens when you put Discoveryland at DLP, Future World, and Mysterious Island at Tokyo Disney Sea in a blender. The idea of this new tommorowland celebrates man's achievements towards a better tommorow, our relationship with our planet, and our visions of a better world, and celebrates the visionaries that have envisioned the future. Which means the Dinosaurs of Journey Thru Time, having nothing to do with us, will just have a spot on the Disneyland Railroad. Tommorowland itself will be divided into multiple areas. Space Mountain, Star Tours, Buzz Lightyear, and Alien Encounter will be in the Spaceport area, which explores man's facination with the unknown. The Earth pavillion, Astro Orbitor and Horizons will celebrate visions of the future as interpreted by Jules Verne, Leonardo Davinci, and others. Carousel and the Time Pavillion explores a progression of achievements in technologies and a look at our past, showing how the achievements of people in the past stilll influence our present and future. And that is why I think a Time ride can fit in Tommorowland. The reason I went with the Sage of Time is that he represents a wisdom of our past. He's seen how man has changed over the years on the Millenium Walks he took before the year 2000, and even when he doesn't take a stroll around the earth, he seems to watch over us, all knowing of man's history and how if we all work together and decide to get along with one another, that we can achieve the harmony and peace that the Sage saw on his first walk. You may think I really think a lot about these things, and well, you're right.
Okay, after that big detailed description of Tommorowland, I think that you're thinking "What the fuzzy green pandas is going to be in Fantasy Caravan. Essentially what I was thinking back when it was to be a nighttime parade was the Main Street Electrical Parade on steriods and with a traveling theme. All the characters have come together in their own vehicles to travel the park and see everyone. Ghosts ride around in Doombuggies as Madame Leota chantas an incantation from a hearse. Dreamfinder and Figment fly in the Dream-mobile. Mickey drives a steamboat with Donald, Goofy, Minnie, Pluto and Daisy aboard. The princesses come in their own coaches. The Country Bears ride an old tour bus. The Brers ride in logs and so on with other character in vehicles based on their films or ride. And when the vehicles make the occasional stops along the parade path(which extends from Critter Country, Through Frontierland, Fantayland, Tommorowland, and Main Street, creating a question mark shaped path.) and get off their vehicles to interact with guests before they have to keep moving on along.
Well, I'm out of breath, so I'll stop there.
