Disneyland in June

It will be crowded and since the park is smaller you will feel it. THAT BEING SAID, you can get your fastpass the old fashion way which is convenient: If you get there early hit space FP, then ride star tours. Then FP indiana and hit pirates/haunted/jungle cruise etc... BTMRR usually fluctuates throughout the day sometimes hitting 20 mins and matterhorn is best single rider. Just forget about trying to beat crowds at Peter Pan its 50-60 min from 7 am to closing. Watch Disneyland forever from small world(less crowded and far better projections in my opinion) and watch the second Paint the night for smaller crowds.

Since you've been to Disneyland before you know what you like, so I'll put in my two-cents for what works for me with large crowds. Space Mountain is almost always going to run out of FastPasses in the early afternoon, so I would get to that ride as soon as possible. However, most people do that, so if you arrive at opening and start with Indiana Jones, Pirates, Haunted Mansion and Splash Mountain, than you should have little-to-no wait. I've always found BTMRR FastPasses to always be in abundance (sometimes even with FP return times to be equal to or even less than the standby wait), so I wouldn't be too rushed for that attraction. But even during "slow" periods, Matterhorn single-rider is a must. It might be hard to see, but try to scout around the chalet to see how long the SR queue is before getting in line. Some CMs don't seem to like the idea of SR and won't be in any rush to fill single seats.
