I know this would take decades to do, but with the new pumba garage and eastern gateway projects it would be awesome.

yes i know it would take them literally a million years to get some of those properties but still kinda cool to think about in a dream world
cool way to make an east gateway resort and east dtd
maybe they could do the east side hotels as value resorts since cali doesnt have any of those, and then do the restaurants etc accordingly as to not compete with dtd west and the new hotel going over there on that side
