Sign language interpreters are now stationed at eight locations at the Disneyland Resort. This is the first time that the interpreters haven't worked on an as-needed basis. Guests previously had to call ahead of time to make an arrangement for the interpreter to be available.

The interpreters began on Sunday at both Disneyland and Disney California Adventure. Attractions at Disneyland Park include Guest Relations, Jungle Cruise, Jedi Training Academy, Storybook Land Canal Boats, "Celebrate" parade, and the "Billy Hill and The Hillbillies" show. At Disney California Adventure, they will be stationed at Guest Relations, "Turtle Talk with Crush", and "High School Musical 3: Senior Year." Soon, "Disney’s Aladdin – A Musical Spectacular" will be included also.

When hearing-impaired visitor reach the parks, they can pick up a schedule of the interpreters' hours. The parks also have devices for amplified audio and captioning available.
