Yes
According to the googles (and another unnamed Disney message board): "So if you don't know what DisneyBounding is, it's basically wearing an outfit that's suppose to look like or be inspired by a Disney Character.

Kinda cool. If a cast member thinks you are dressed to must like an actual character or how a cast member would look. They don't let you in the park. I've read about that happening. Halloween is allowed though.

I saw a person dressed up in complete Peter Pan garb recently. Not sure if main gate operations became lax lately, or what. But I've been wanting to disneybound.

Oh really?!
yeah i was told that you can't go into the park in a full outfit, but similar is fine. I've done Ariel many times, simply by wearing green shorts and a purple top. :)

I myself have never seen anyone or read anywhere about anyone get turnt away from Disneybounding..

We need time for things to happen.
I don't know what there is "to get" ?
Fans dressing up to emulate their favorite characters? -

Seems pretty regular in the world of fandoms, ie, Comic Con and every other type of Con you can think of.

It sounds like bounding allows you to do it in a creative way while still being able to get into the parks.

I wouldn't do it because I would look ridiculous trying to work Snow White out from the clothes I own, but if someone can pull it off, more power to 'em.
